Mayr's diet

The Mayr Diet is an old and simple method, still in use, which brings excellent and lasting results.

Bad habits and misinformation have brought about the idea that one should eat a lot of fibre (cellulose) which actually ferments in the intestine, making it swollen, painful and malfunctioning.


This diet, above all, cleans the intestine freeing it of those residues that remain in the mucous and intestinal loops.
Furthermore, stress and traumas which are more or less part of our daily lives interfere in the correct functioning of the intestine.

The Mayr Diet, combined with a series of exercises to rebalance breathing and posture, and together with relaxation techniques sets out to restore the natural equilibrium of vital body functions: nourishment, digestion, egestion, breathing, thinking, moving with flexibility, maintaining satisfactory sexual activity and sleeping.

Recovering the correct posture of the intestinal sack draws it back into place with great benefits to the circulation of blood and lymph tissue.
Moreover there is a rapid improvement of the inguinal glandular functions, such as libido, which brings about an increased sense of vital energy.

Thanks to the specific techniques used, dating back to oriental traditions, it is possible to correct the circulation of subtle energy flows which can unblock certain disturbances that cause problems such as sterility, impotence, lack of appetite, depression, tendency to put weight on, cellulite and behavioural disorders.
